Description:udah lama gue membiarkan oven dan mixer nganggur gitu saja. Jadilah 2 minggu lalu bongkar-bongkar dapur, berniat
baking lagi dengan segala bahan yang ada.
Duh...banyak banget yang udah expired, mubazir banget siy gue...:((
Buka buku baking punya mama, pilihan gue jatuh pada Spanish (harusnya) vanila cake, namun karena vanila yang ada harus dibuang karena expired...ya sud, gue ganti mocca. *
amatirnya aja sok ganti ganti bahan *.
Udah gitu pake blender, misplace entah dimana...gue ulek aja tuh almond. hehehe, rada2x keras deh kuenya.
Lalunya, karena gue amatir...surprise juga ada kue ngga perlu mentega...

Terusnya lagi,
*halah, banyak banget excuse loe ky.....*, weekend kemaren gue ke bali (lagi), panik (BT siy sebenarnya) cuma bawa 1 memory card, terhapuslah gambar kue ini. :((
Karena tingkat kepuasan gue rendah, gue cukup bangga anak2x mau habis makan kue ini. hahahhaha
enywey, karena resep bule kali ya...menurut gue kue ini (ke)manis(an).
Ingredients:Spanish
(harusnya Vanilla) Mocca Cake

Cake :
- generous 2 cups (250 G) ground almonds
- 2/3 cup (150 G) sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanila extract ---
ini gue ganti mocca...sok prof.com lah- pinch of salt
- 1 whole egg plus 6 eggs, seperated
- 1 cup (100 G) all purpose flour
- scant 1/2 cup (50 G) cornstrach
1/3 cup (60 G) semisweet chocolate pieces ---
gue DCC aja gue potong kecil kecil heheheheh, abis stoknya frosting200 G semesweet chocolate
2 or 3 tbsp chopped pistachio nuts --- gue pake almond lah, ngabisin stok.
Directions:- grease a 9-inch petal-pattened cake pan, preheat oven to 375 degree F (190 degree C)
To make cake :
- mix almonds, half the sugar, vanila, salt, whole eggs and 6 eggs(yolk) in a large bowl, beat until creamy
- beat white eggs until stiff, fold in remaining sugar
- fold egg white mixtures into egg yolk mixture
-sift flour and cornstrach over mixture and fold in carefully
- Fold in chocolate pieces
- turn batter into greased cake pan, smooth the surface.
-bake 45 to 50 minutes or sampe kuenya mateng....
kalo ini gue yakin deh ama terjemahannya,heheheheheh - cool cake slightly in cake pan then transfer to a rack cool completely.
to make frosting :
melt chocolate in a double boiler over low heat.
Spread over top and sides of cooled cake.
Sprinkle with pistachios while chocolate is soft.
jadi ya, bayangin deh kue bundar dengan lapisan coklat atasnya ada almond.
ya gitu deh....
